Our Editorial Process
At ToolTester24, every review follows a strict editorial process designed to deliver accurate, unbiased information.
Step 1: Selection
We choose tools to review based on market demand, reader requests, and category gaps. We prioritize tools with significant market share and those gaining traction.
Step 2: Testing
Each tool undergoes a minimum 2-week testing period. Our reviewers use the product in real workflows — not synthetic benchmarks. We test free and paid tiers.
Step 3: Scoring
Tools are rated on a consistent 1-10 scale across five criteria:
- Ease of Use (20%) — How quickly can a new user get productive?
- Features (25%) — Does it deliver on its promises?
- Value for Money (25%) — Is the pricing fair for what you get?
- Support (15%) — How responsive and helpful is customer service?
- Integration (15%) — Does it play well with other tools?
Step 4: Review
Every article is reviewed by our Editor-in-Chief before publication. We check for accuracy, completeness, and editorial bias.
Step 5: Updates
Reviews are refreshed quarterly or when significant product changes occur. Outdated information is corrected within 48 hours of discovery.
